Move forward when you are ready.
Grief can be debilitating. When it gets to this point, it is difficult to overcome on your own, You may feel so much pain that it causes you to feel alone. You may even find it difficult to move forward in your own life – like you are in a holding pattern of some kind. Grief is an individualized process which means that there is no one way to grieve. We all grieve differently. Let us help you recover from your loss of a loved one – whether it is a recent loss or a loss that occurred many years ago. The pain is still there and we can help you work through this pain.
Not everyone will cope with their grief the same way. It is not uncommon to not feel supported by friends and family. You know they have your best intentions, but their support comes out in a way which does not always help you to feel understood.
