Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

Anxiety disorder has similar symptoms as other disorders, such as panic and obsessive compulsive disorder, but they are all separate conditions that are treated differently.

Symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder

  • Excessive worrying
  • Inability to let go of worries, small or large
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Trouble making decisions and handling uncertainty
  • Inability to rest or feel relaxed
  • Fatigue
  • Irritability
  • Headaches
